WALTON, Neb. -- About 0.1 grams of heroin and other drug paraphrenalia are found in a 23-year-old man's car, after he was found sleeping behind the wheel Wednesday night near Walton. Lancaster County Sheriff's officials say it happened just before 9pm along "A" Street between 120th and 134th Streets. Tanner Smith was arrested for having drug paraphrenalia and a controlled substance. Sheriff's investigators say when they pulled up, Smith was sleeping and the car was running.
