LINCOLN -- Day three of Joshua Albright's trial continues on Wednesday. The 28-year-old Lincoln man is accused of stabbing and killing 30-year-old Benjamin Miller in August 2012 outside a home near 59th and Madison. The fight stemmed over a woman both men had been dating. On Tuesday, neighbors and investigating officers took the stand. The defense managed to get a witnessing neighbor to admit he couldn't identify the men involved in a fight or see a knife from where he was standing. Investigating officer, Trent Petersen, testified that as he stayed by Miller's side, Albright sat in the street curb, near the victim. Albright cried at times and at other times was coherent. Albright's defense cross examined Petersen, pointing out Albright's willingness to work with police.
